Passerelle de l’Île in Geneva

Located in the heart of Geneva, the historic Passerelle de l’Île, dating more than 140 years, is undergoing a comprehensive renovation.

Hebetec, along with its partner Freyssinet Suisse SA, successfully executed a key part of this project:

• Lowered the bridge by approximately 1.6 meters
• Moved a weight of around 55 tons
• Used equipment: 4 x HA-70 strand jacks, one PA-4-8 pump, and one KPAThis work complements previous efforts, including raising the bridge by 2 meters, reinforcing supports, replacing the deck with wooden planks, and repainting.
