Engineering
Hebetec supports complex and non-standard heavy lift projects where no “off-the-shelf” solution exists. Early involvement allows us to define concepts, methodologies, and equipment configurations aligned with safety and schedule constraints. Our engineering teams develop calculated and validated solutions, from initial 3D concepts to detailed design, supporting loads ranging from a few hundred to several thousand tons.
Horizontal movement
Hebetec delivers horizontal skidding solutions using in‑house or bespoke equipment. Our systems, adapted to project constraints, can combine skid shoes, hydraulic pads, pushing systems and strand jacks. Jack capacities typically range from 10 to 1,000 tons, while hydraulic pad systems can support loads of up to several hundred tons per module.
Vertical movement
Hebetec provides vertical lifting and lowering solutions using strand jacks, hydraulic jacks and dedicated steel structures. Our equipment supports a wide range of lifting configurations, from single points to synchronized multi-point systems. Jack capacities range from 10 to 1,000 tons, ensuring safe and controlled operations for critical and complex components.
Temporary shoring
Hebetec designs and supplies temporary shoring systems to support structures during lifting, skidding, or installation operations. Our modular steel frames can be used standalone or combined with heavy-lift systems. Depending on configuration, these structures can support several thousand tons while adapting to geometry, site constraints, and project sequencing requirements.
