𝐅𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐬:

Weight: 350 tons per bridge.
Distances: 10m and 15m shifts.
Time: Under an hour per shift.

𝐄𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐮𝐬𝐞𝐝:

2 H-40 strand jacks

With the relocation of the Giessli and Sevelen bridges last weekend, the replacement of three prefabricated bridges that had been moved during the railroad closure was completed.

The Buchser-Giessen bridge was already relocated in August 2023. SBB rail operations were able to resume as planned after the rail closures.
